A. Job Objective
– Spearhead the development and maintenance of high-performance, secure backend systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and upgrade backend infrastructure for seamless operation.
B. Duties & responsibilities:
– Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core.
– Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.
– Design and implement efficient data storage solutions leveraging SQL Server and Entity Framework.
– Enhance application performance, ensuring optimal scalability and reliability of backend infrastructure.
– Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
– Streamline deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines and automation, utilizing DevOps methodologies.
– Diagnose and resolve system issues, debug complex problems, and optimize existing applications.
– Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to support long-term development goals.
– Implement stringent security measures to safeguard data integrity and system resilience.
C. Job requirements
Core Technical Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
– Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
– Expertise in .NET Core and C# programming language.
– Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and crafting complex SQL queries.
– Strong experience with Entity Framework or equivalent ORM tools.
– Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end teams.
– Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
– Familiarity with DevOps tools and best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
– Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
– Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and web services integration.
– Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, independent work ethic.
– Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
