A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Support Attendance Management:
- Assist with the check-in/check-out process for daily employee attendance tracking.
- Monitor and update attendance information in the system according to established procedures.
- Support Software Development Team:
2. Aid the software development team in using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Help organize meetings, take notes, and report work progress as required by the project manager.
- Handle Other Administrative Tasks:
3. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by managers.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in office computer skills and tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and software like JIRA is a plus.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in work.
C. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:
1. Salary: Starting at $900 Net or higher, depending on performance assessment.
2. Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses for holidays, Lunar New Year, and based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly business results.

4. VISA/Work Permit: 100% sponsorship of VISA/Work Permit costs after the probationary period.
